Group Cohort Training

Did you know:

  • In the 55 million meetings in the U.S. each day, half the time is not well spent with the majority of people quite frustrated, while organizers tend to consider the meeting a success.

  • Employees who believe that managers are really listening to them are almost five times more likely to be enthusiastic and 21 times more likely to feel loyal to their company.

Consider:

  • Ever feel like you know something needs to be said, but aren't sure exactly what to say, or how to say it?

  • Do you strive to grow in your role, advance your career and help others do so too?

  • Would you like to be more confident in speaking up, with tools to help you foster creativity, engender teamwork, and open communications with colleagues at all levels?

Whether it's calling out a toxic tendency, giving feedback that someone needs but didn't ask for, pitching your idea, asking for a raise, or even helping someone else speak up, the right words do exist—you just need to find them.

The Group Cohort Engagement is the cornerstone program to enable the entire workforce to be authentic and communicative to drive the best business results possible. It equips professionals with tools to bring up challenges, concerns and risks skillfully, in addition to generating inclusive debate and discussion. Diverse employees find this particularly empowering in how they create impact and drive their own career growth.

Say It Skillfully 101 is designed to be highly practical experiential learning:

  • A structured, four-week timeline enables the cohort of up to 30 people to focus on learning the material and putting it into action.

  •  ~12 hours with 80% interactive group practice and 20% individual and video learning.

  • 10 scheduled sessions—5 in small group triads (may be in-person or virtually) & 5 full cohort with Molly, virtually for 2 or 3 hour-long sessions per week.

  •  Individual “practice” is integrated into everyday work.

The program not only helps you find the words that work for you, but also sets you up for success in creating a shared reality—where everyone involved is on the same page about the objective facts AND the human experience, as in our emotions and feelings. Having a shared reality is essential to individuals and teams alike—to hear the best ideas, achieve the best outcomes, and be happy and healthy in life.

Say It Skillfully 101 Success Stories

"Prior to the program, I actually prided myself on being able to suss out what others want to hear, and "delivering" that! Now I embrace skillfully saying what needs to be said and being true to myself, and it's taken conversations a LOT further than they ever would have gone otherwise. THANK YOU!"

Vice President

"I'm able to give feedback without coming across as "attacking"! I now call out behaviors by helping others be more aware and asking others for their ideas to improve. Focusing on positivity has been huge."
